Helping you live your best life at 65 and Beyond!

About Me
W. Sanderson ( Bill )

There is so much change when you are facing retirement from the workforce. I plan to work until I am about 67. I am lucky that I own my own business. I want to enjoy the go-go years and travel a lot.

I have a bucket list of things I want to accomplish, so there may be no slowing down immediately. But a nap now and then seems to be a great prize. As you can see from my toy horse photo, you have to make time for fun every day!

I started my journey last year, 2023, from 65 forward. Medicare is done. I had a bump in Medicare sign-up, but I had that fixed. We seniors living at the age of 65 or older need a simpler and more focused daily planner. I have created a planner that focuses each daily page on the mind, body, and friendship goals. We’re not over-scheduling ourselves in the planner. Each single-day page:

1. Space for mind, body, and friendship goals.

2. Space is given to jot down a quick shopping list and 3 appointments.

3. The planner page has a brief “Mini Diary” section to make a short entry at the end of the day.

4. Rate your mood sad, meh, or happy emojis to circle

5. At the end of the page is some blank space where you can take quick notes.

6. The front cover has a Start_____and End _____ date space to catalog your planner year by year.
