The No-Go Years: 80+
While we don’t have a crystal ball to predict the future, we can certainly make plans for the many tomorrows. Life’s road is bound to have its bumps, but that’s all part of the journey. Here on our site, we’re all about sharing the ups and downs.
About Me
I am starting my journey from 65 forward. The Medicare done. Had a bump in sign up but have that fixed. There is so much change when you are facing retirement from the workforce. I plan to work until 67. Lucky I own my own business. I do want to enjoy the go-go years and do some travel. I have a bucket list of things i want to accomplish. So there maybe no slowing down right away. But a nap now and then seems to be a great prize. As you can seem from my horse photo. You have to make time for fun in everyday!

We seniors living at the age of 65 or older need a simpler and more focused daily planner. I have created a planner that focuses each daily page on the mind, body, and friendship goals. We’re not over-scheduling ourselves in the planner. Each single-day page has:
1. Space for mind, body, and friendship goals to be accomplished.
2. Space is given to jot down a quick shopping list and 3 appointments.
3. The planner page has a brief “Mini Diary” section to make a short entry at the end of the day.
4. Finally, a section called “Today I Felt’ with sad, meh, or happy emojis to circle so you can recall how you felt that day.
5. At the end of the page is some blank space where you can take quick notes.
There are 365 pages to last a year. The front cover has a Start_____and End _____ date space to catalog your planner year by year.
